I’m writing this review to bring to Dr. Sims and his wife’s attention an unfortunate and unprofessional experience I had with the gentleman working the front desk. Before I even had a chance to introduce myself, he was irate, hostile, and unnecessarily rude—displaying this behavior openly in front of other patients in the waiting room. Dr. Sims is so caring! Recently I took my 88 year old mom in for a cleaning, exam and xrays (last appt of the day). He found a large cavity where the tooth was in jeopardy of breaking off. He went ahead and did the entire filling right then keeping him over at the end of his day! With mom's age and mobility issues, he also didn't want to put her through multiple appointments. I so appreciate his kindness and being a thorough dentist!
