I recently contacted Luke on an emergency panel failure which included arcing on the main. He showed up promptly and diagnosed the underlying issue with ease. Recognizing the severity of the situation (i.e. immediate fire hazard) Luke presented a number of options and he discussed them fully with me. I called in for some assistance with a light switch install and Luke came fairly quickly, within the hour actually. When all was said and done, Luke was kind enough to even give me some tips on the install down the road to make things easier! Would highly recommend and Sims Electric will definitely be my first call for any future projects!
