A one star rating is too generous of a review considering I’ve waited since March 2023 for a project to be completed. The quality is great, but it’s not worth the long wait I have endured. We gave Bryan a deposit in August 2019. It's now 6/29/2020 and our cabinets still aren't completed. We have been very nice and patient with him. I can't believe he has just stopped responding to us. We filed a BBB claim and he came out once after that, but nothing since. I think we are going to have to file a lawsuit against him. He supplied the stain and didn't put it on the cabinet bases without me approving. There are staining issues in some of the cabinet doors, but he is the one that picked that stain, so he should fix ... read more
