⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Paul Sims was the selling broker when I sold my home in Las Cruces. This was my first time working with Paul but not my first time working with a realtor as I typically buy/sell a couple of properties each year. Sims & Co have represented me in buying and selling a home and in managing a town home rental for me. They have been very effective in the entire real estate process. I have been a long term client of Sims and company. They helped me build, rent, and sell my home. I could not have asked for a better one-stop- shop for all my real estate needs. Sims and company were property manager from my home for many years. They got me great tenents who were well vetter.
