I gave them the benefit of the doubt, which was my mistake, and had them redo my daughters Wedding Dress. At first, The Dry Clean Super Center lost the dress for two weeks and tried to blame it on Sims. Then the Owner of Sims, Robin, gave me her “Texas Word of Honor” that they would get it right the second time around. Well the we’re unable to get the wrinkles out that they pressed in the first time they heirloom the dress. Run away as fast as you can from The Dry Clean Super Center and Sims cleaners.
Pricey but you are paying for personal attention to detail and great service.

I came here about 9 months ago to drop off a Kate Spade leather skirt because I was told by other cleaners this is one of the best cleaners to do leather. When I went the lady behind the counter told me the amount and I thought to myself that may be a little high but after picking up my skirt it looked better then when I brought it in I was extremely surprised and satisfied. It was well worth the price I paid to get it cleaned given the amount I paid when I purchased it.
