Update: had a bit of confusion on start, but Mark and Christine not only cleared it up, took accountability and made things right. This is how a business should be. Happy to leave a pleasant review about the excellent customer service! Equipment is also top notch. Quite an upgrade from our previous provider.
What a nightmare. We had been with Xerox for over 7 years and was quite happy. SIMS came in promising they could beat that price with better services. They moved in equipment which was a whole other issue. Promised to initiate the returns from Xerox (didn't, and now I am paying 2 companies for the last 4 months). Then I was sent a contract for 3 times what I was previously paying. Communication was daily to get us signed up and now impossible to get to anyone for answers.
