This experience was excellent. Took my Truck in early to drop off day before service appointment: Sims took the truck in and started working on it upon arrival. The truck had a warranty issue with the A/C compressor. They replaced compressor and called around 9:30am the next day informing the work was complete. Upon inspection, the truck had a plastic cover over the seat and a paper floor mat to protect from dirt/grease. All went well. Thank you for the service.
