I broke down on the side of the road at 5pm the Saturday of Memorial Day weekend, and they were able to tow me immediately and worked hard to get my car repaired by 9am Monday morning - the price was very fair, and Dwayne truly goes above and beyond to get you back on the road ASAP (drove three hours to Richmond and back for a part). I 1000% would recommend this business, they’re a real class act. I honestly wish I could give more than 5 stars.
I was heading South towards Charlottesville this past Sunday on US29. I blew a tire and my second tire was going to blow any minute. Called around for hours and everyone was not available. Got in contact with The Sims and they were able to tow me all the way to Fredericksburg to get my tires. The Sims are a great team and that's so rare these days. They really go the extra mile.
