I broke down on the side of the road at 5pm the Saturday of Memorial Day weekend, and they were able to tow me immediately and worked hard to get my car repaired by 9am Monday morning - the price was very fair, and Dwayne truly goes above and beyond to get you back on the road ASAP (drove three hours to Richmond and back for a part). I 1000% would recommend this business, they’re a real class act. I honestly wish I could give more than 5 stars.
I was heading South towards Charlottesville this past Sunday on US29. I blew a tire and my second tire was going to blow any minute. Called around for hours and everyone was not available. Got in contact with The Sims and they were able to tow me all the way to Fredericksburg to get my tires. The Sims are a great team and that's so rare these days. They really go the extra mile. I really appreciate both your assistance...
These are the BEST PEOPLE i have met!!!!! THIS IS WHERE YOU SHOULD TAKE YOUR CAR! Got stuck 1 hour and a half away from home and needed to get the car fixed, at 10pm. They welcomed us in their home while trying to get the car fixed, they are so incredibly kind and helpful!!! Best and most positive experience. This is who you can rely on!!! I would put thousands stars if i could!!!
This man literally helped us at 9:30pm and he was SO attentive and helpful. Best help I have ever had
