Overpriced and use cheap parts. They tale advantage of people who dont know anything about cars.
These people are for me the best in the business. Have been into some auto shops both in Queens and Long Island but Sims Auto Repair is by far the most excellent from customer service, pricing and service panctuality. Just look for John and he will take care of your car needs. A very friendly and wonderful guy.
Replace cheap break shoe and squiz noise whenever break. They don't change it and fix it. Front break disc rotor and pad changed charge about 500$
The shop honestly has decent service but only received a 3 star from me because I had requested them (multiple times) during a vehicle inspection to not place the sticker on my windshield because my windshield is tinted. Those stickers need to be scraped off and they do damage to the tint. $300 tint ruined because nobody listened. When addressed, they simply said it wasnt a big deal... when you arent spending $300... sure it isnt a big deal, its coming out of my pocket!
