Mikey made reference to purchasing a used dryer on Facebook Market Place from our business: 1) We don’t do business on FB MarketPlace and 2) We don’t sell used appliances. We have been in business for 53 years and hate that this 1-star post (that is NOT about our business) has brought our overall rating down. We continue to appreciate our local customers in Williamston and the surrounding areas.
I bought a dryer from these people from their home on Burton Street through Facebook marketplace. They assured me the timer was good that the heating element was bad so I went and purchased the dryer. Checked it as soon as I got home and it was the timer that was bad after they assured me over and over again that it was good and that it was just a bad heating element. Arrived promptly. Dale installed a dishwasher. Sounds simple. Not! Old house. Crooked cabinets. The well-experienced knowledge of this man was very impressive. He worked on making every adjustment possible. I think he actually enjoyed the challenge. After over 2 hours on working nonstop, perfect! Very reasonably priced. I'm sold on using Sims for any installations or repairs in the future. Small town local business with very skilled contractors.
