Thomas was excellent!!! Very efficient and professional. On top of being friendly and kind , he was very knowledgeable and explained everything very thoroughly. He had our central a/c unit and our mini split up and running in no time. We are so grateful for him and will definitely be recommending him to everyone we know!

Two companies came out tried to sell me new unit would not look for the cause of it not working..I knew I’d need a new unit outside because of flooding but needed to find the cause of non cooling first as unit runs perfectly.. they assumed it was no good because of the flood.. A friend recommended Sims the owner came out understood what I was trying to do went through the whole system found leaky valve in air handler in attic ..charged up unit after fixing said unit outside was good cooling again bought me some time till aft... read more
