Very approachable, concerning and knowledgeable!
Dr. Kaur is a nice enough doctor. However, to get through to her is impossible, or to a live member of her staff is impossible. She made a mistake on a scrip I needed for a mammo. We all make mistakes. I was at my mammo appt and the staff at the Breast Center could not get through to a real person to get a corrected scrip from the doctor. The recording said to leave a message. I received a letter today regarding my missed appointment and how I may be asked to seek medical care elsewhere. I think it’s peculiar I should receive such a letter when I did, in fact, show up to the appointment- but was late due to scheduling it incorrectly in my phone. Admittedly, my mistake. The front desk attendant was made aware that I made a mistake in entering the appointment time into my phone, and I apologized.
