Dr. Arora is my new primary care physician. My first appointment went well with her and was never rushed. She completely addressed my health conditions and was very helpful with managing my current wellness checks.
We’ve had two...TWO appts cancelled by this Dr with NO call informing us that they cancelled. I called to verify what contact #’s they have on file and all are correct. We received NO call. In this day & age with caller ID’s, visible missed calls, etc it’s evident when someone lies about this. We are very unhappy.
Good first experience. Asked good questions to understand my condition. Knowledgeable and good bedside approach. Will continue seeing her as my primary physician.
Dr. Arora was very attentive, gracious and responsive during my first visit with her; then she contacted me about current lab results and is helping me work through some issues that have arisen. I am very glad she my new PCP.
She didn’t listen to me at all and dismissed almost everything I tried to explain about my symptoms. She recommended me to a psychologist, saying that maybe my intense physical pain was in my head and not because of my chronic illness that I’ve been diagnosed with for years (she didn’t even believe I had it!) ALSO she recommended that I starve myself while my metabolism is still good. Highly doubt she even read my chart which would’ve told her that I struggle with eating disorders.
