we retained this lawyer to negotiate with a developer that is building behind our backyards. They were not very helpful, and usually asked us what we want to do. We got no compensation, and at one point got an email very similar to what I got from chatgpt to answer some of our questions. Of course through out the process we were getting billed. Spent close to $5,000 for no result. Do not recommend.
