I only gave them a 1 because that's the least I could give. I've used them twice, and the first time I received my barrel over a month after I sent it off. This time I sent it to Montego Bay and was told that it would be there by July 10th, the time of my arrival. It is now July 26th and we went to pick it up in Montego Bay and was told that it was shipped to Kingston instead.
