I am under contract for a townhouse in Simpsons Crossing. I've been working with Bobby Spencer (New Homes Sales Consultant). He's been wonderful. Has been very communicative throughout the entire process. Checks in regularly. Answers questions (I've asked a lot of questions!). He even sends photos of the progress on my home. This entire process has been easy to navigate and I'm beyond thrilled to move into this community.
