Brilliant, absolutely outstanding service. I was let down by an other garage. Called Simpsons on the off chance they could help me in my hour of need and they didn’t disappoint. They didn’t over promise, they were honest and said they would do their best to fit my car in at such short notice but pulled it out the bag and got it done and sorted so quick. Following the closure of my local garage I decided to try Simpsons, they were very professional and helpful in getting my car MOT and annual service completed quickly and replacing the front brake pads all at a very reasonable price. Michel was very helpful and explained that they would send an annual reminder so that you can book your car in for service and MOT. I would like to recommend this company for their efficiency and prices. MOT and service done together is at a reduced price.
