I had emailed a few weeks ago to book in to go and view and test drive a mini they had for sale. They confirmed all was ok and that I would be able to view and test drive it. When I arrived no one was available / waiting to help me even though I had booked. After finally getting the keys to look at the car all looked ok apart from a few scratches and damages to the car. The staff at Simpsons were incredibly helpful when we were purchasing our Mini. No pressure, very informative and allowed us to take our time so that we made the right decision.
Such a fantastic place to get a car the customer service is amazing and so friendly. Definitely worth going if your looking for a new mini!!
Superb service, great product at a great price, gives good piece of mind Update- you are forced to give a good review in order to get a discount on the warranty which is completely useless, I bought a mini just over 8 weeks and it has had to have over £900 in repairs which apparently is not covered with the warranty- do not buy from here
We have had a wonderful experience! Such a contrast to other dealerships we have visited. A decent family-run business who were friendly, decent and very reasonable. We felt extremely comfortable! Thank you for your kindness xx
