DO NOT USE THIS SHOP!!!! My mother brought the car to this shop as she seen the good reviews on line. We tell them there are check engine lights and misfire. They then, with no diagnostic at all, tell her they will replace all 4 coils and plugs (to obviously make money on parts that aren't needed, i tested them myself before hand). Then when they “realized” that didn't fix the issue they planned to charge for parts and labor that wasn't needed and return the car in a non-running condition as they claimed “it’s a wiring issue... read more
In 1986 I became certified in automotive I've been working on cars since the mid '70s. Once in awhile I get overbooked and would send my clients to Simpsons. One of very few places I would trust to send my clients. Simpson is a great place for Auto repair. They do extraordinary quality repairs. They are honest and trustworthy. Their prices are very reasonable. I recommend this place. If I wasn't a mechanic I would bring my car to this place.
This used to be my go to place to get my car fixed till my last experience, went in the shop knowing what was wrong with my car but they insisted it was something else and charged me for fixing something that wasn’t even broken, after leaving I noticed it wasn’t fixed so I told them and they then said it was actually my transmission ( if they thought that why even make me pay for the parts I don’t need ). Needed a radiator for my 2009 Nissan Murano... Got a quote... Price was reasonable... Absolutely love this shop and will continue to take my car there for repairs.
