Met him at my trailer park at a volleyball tournament mentioned my ac unit wasn't working right and he told me he had the parts and would look when he got home. On a holiday monday he took the time to check my parts and found the replacements for me. Can't ask for better service than that.
Our air conditioning stopped working so I contacted Simpson’s after hours and left a message. I was pleasantly surprised when I received an email at 6:00 pm saying they were very busy but would get back to me in the next few days. The next morning Erin called and said they had time to come over and take a look. Had a heat pump installed by them last year. They were very helpful throughout the whole process and clearly explained everything to us. Their work was very clean and professional. I have since called them for quotes on other projects and they have been extremely helpful and professional.
Thank you for the best experience in the maintenance of our air conditioning unit. The two gentlemen who were here well within the one hour time frame were excellent.
