I contacted this company about six months ago to replace a tire. During the service, the technician stripped the bolts on my car because he did not have the proper tools to remove the tire. After realizing the damage, I attempted to call and text multiple times regarding the issue, but received no response. However, when I had someone else call from a different number, they answered immediately. Based on this, I believe the technician was aware of the mistake and chose to avoid responding to me.

Excellent service fast and reliable had a lock on one of the wheels they got it off without any problem I'll definitely recommend to everyone

The best customer service I have received in a very long time! As a single woman one of your worst fears is to be left alone during car troubles. This company showed up for me immediately efficiently and got me back on the road and less than two hours extraordinary team who comes prepared and ready to do the work. Finally a tire company that doesn’t subscribe to price gouging and still provides excellent service and products. Call them when you are ever in need of a tire and you will not be disappointed. Called several tire repair places and no one could help me today (on a Sunday). Simpson Tires & Auto in Ford Heights to the rescue! Lamont said he would be open until 9pm and could help. He was very thorough in checking my existing tire. He was also patient and kind with answering my many questions. Loved his honesty and integrity! Thank you so much for your help today Lamont.

Awful...I needed a tire in emergency. This company came and put a tire on my car and charged me $150.00. They sold me a defective tire!!!!!That blew out on the fwy..thank God we didnt have an accident!!! I deserve a refund!!!
