Shipping receiving very nice people in and out with1 hours. Good company to come load.
Horrible customer service. Asked to have a sales rep reach out to set us up as an account, was pretty much told no I have to contact him. Tried to explain i was driving and didn't have a waybto write down his information and asked again for a rep to contact me. They had no interest in doing that. Guess we'll go with primesource
Don't use a ratchet. Turning by hand stripped the teeth right off. Trying to go into brick. Guess I gotta head to store for some tapcons. Highly don't recommend.
