High Ridge Apartments this is how the apartment was given to me. I traveled here from North Carolina. My daughter had to sign the lease with the power of attorney before I got here, but upon moving in, it was not clean very properly. I did talk the leasing agent Debbie at the time who gave me $20 out of her personal money to buy to buy cleaning supplies. Once you’ve moved in to your apartment you will be neglected by maintenance, office-staff and Simpson & Simpon as a whole. My apartment has been put last on their list while they update the vacant apartments. They offer no upgrades for the current tenants, but continue to raise the rent. There will be every excuse in the world as to why they can’t do the bare minimum. They have cats running all over neighborhood. Will raise rent consistently every year if not more frequently. Will tow your car if tags are out of date. Waste money on amenities nobody asked for. Does nothing but send a text when cars are broken into on their parking lot. This is falls creek specifically can't speak for other properties.
