I have been a renter for 4 years at a Simpson Property. I have not had any problems with this Company. The Office Staff are polite and the people who repair problems are quick and very nice. Five Star Service.
High Ridge Apartments this is how the apartment was given to me. I traveled here from North Carolina. My daughter had to sign the lease with the power of attorney before I got here, but upon moving in, it was not clean very properly. I did talk the leasing agent Debbie at the time who gave me $20 out of her personal money to buy to buy cleaning supplies. So that I can at least clean properly as you can tell the walls were dirty the top of the stove and the inside of the stove weren’t clean. The refrigerator wasn’t in good sh... read more
