About 3 months ago, Simpson Plumbing installed a tankless hot water heater at our home. Today on Thanksgiving, it wasn’t working as my wife entered the shower. I immediately called and within 10 minutes, Brooks had called me back. Problem solved! He has a great crew working alongside him!
You are going to have a hard time finding a more professional outfit! Kevin was able to fix both problems quickly and it was no easy job, not to mention how nice he was to my wife and daughter. The text updates letting us know they were on the way and when the job was complete was a plus!
