Great Service ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I contacted Heart Bathrooms & Boilers for a quote to repair a radiator my child knocked off the wall and to fix a small issue in one of my toilets. The engineer was punctual, polite, friendly and completed both jobs efficiently. I’m very impressed with their service and highly recommend this local business. The team at Heart were fantastic. From advising us through the design process to ordering, delivery and after care they have been so helpful. We love our new bathroom and the quality of the fittings is even better than I expected. I will always get bathrooms from them in the future.
Justin and the team at Heart have done a superb job designing and installing our new bathroom. Justin took the time to talk us through the process and the design team at the showroom were always happy to answer our questions. The work carried out has been professional and of a high quality - the team were also very responsive to any questions/issues we had along the way. We would recommend Justin and his team to anyone thinking about a new bathroom.
Used HeartBB to service the boiler they had installed a year ago as well as to fix leaking main stopcock and replace two taps. Joe did an excellent job suggesting a few possible options for the stopcock task. As before he was very professional, polite and pleasant.
We initially had our boiler replaced by Heart BB. The quote was comprehensive and competitive, and Joe completed the work with real care and attention to detail. We were so impressed, we got Heart to design and fit our new bathroom and replace some external plumbing too.
