Heart did a great job fixing our heating (this is actually the second time we've used them, before that they installed an outside tap for us). Their engineer was very helpful and polite. This time our downstairs radiators wouldn't switch off and Heart's engineer found the problem right away and resolved it. He even offered some good tips on where to set the tap and radiator temperatures on the boiler as we had ours set too low. I would definitely call on them again as they can be trusted to find and fix problems quickly.
We've had 2 bathrooms and a boiler replaced by the Heart BB team. We get them to service our boiler annually. Always good work, done to a high standard. 2026 update: boiler serviced for 5th year - we're still happy it and the bathroom installs.
Top quality service for a boiler being moved from upstairs to downstairs. Quick, efficient, Can’t fault! Would recommend!

Really responsive and we didn’t have to wait to get an appointment. The staff are friendly, helpful and have great memories for where they have worked before! We had a leak which was rectified in a timely and professional manner. Will definitely continue to use to manage our heating and boilers.
