Used HeartBB to service the boiler they had installed a year ago as well as to fix leaking main stopcock and replace two taps. Joe did an excellent job suggesting a few possible options for the stopcock task. As before he was very professional, polite and pleasant.
We initially had our boiler replaced by Heart BB. The quote was comprehensive and competitive, and Joe completed the work with real care and attention to detail. We were so impressed, we got Heart to design and fit our new bathroom and replace some external plumbing too. Joe was fantastic, we are so happy with the service, we needed a leak fixing and they moved their schedule around to fix it for us the day after we called. Joe was so knowledgeable, and so neat and tidy! Great communication too. Can highly recommend! They’ve also fitted a new water cylinder for us, which is fantastic.
