Do not recommend for elder law work! Hired Aaron Simpson to help with multiple transactions required as a result of a parent going into a nursing home. Inital work was great; saved us considerable money. But that attention to my work faded. Was promised a document required to complete a Medicaid application. Missed his promised deadline and failed to return several attempts to contact him. Medicaid does not care why you miss a deadline--you just go back to the end of the line. I would strongly advise against getting James Mulligan as your GAL all he did in my case is ask the court to force me to pay him more and more money to keep my kids away from me. He doesnt do any investigation and will NEVER miss an opportunity to man hate. If you want to double your legal fees and listen to someone tell you that kids never should be with dad hire Jim.
