I called today and got the paralegal. It was the first time I’ve ever called them. You would think that calling these places w a legal issue would be a good thing and I would be considered their life blood and exactly what they want- a winnable case. Instead what does she do ? Says I’ll transfer you to my assistant. I say I’d like to talk to you as a law professional.
