I can highly recommend this dental surgery. Been with them for over 30 years, with no issues whatsoever. Lovely friendly staff, and Mr Goodwin is fantastic
Have run out of NHS hours in November!!!! They will not see any NHS patients till April!!!! How on earth can a business not operate for 4 months they need to sort themselves out!!! What a joke
Not happy with the service you've gave me. Had an extraction nearly 2 months ago and been booted off the list cause I caught covid 19 bare in mind I called at the last minute to re arrange am appointment but wasn't good enough, now nearly two months later I've now got a dry socket that hasn't healed and in pain but they have thee cheek and audacity to say I can be put back on the waiting list when that's not good enough !! Broke tooth over weekend, still waiting for them to contact me back, for an emergency appointment. Not happy as not able to eat, face swollen. So far not one person has called me back, they have been open all morning. Not good enough.
Had a root canal after a severe tooth infection, now crowned, on NHS. Treatment was prompt, professional, and completely dealt with my issue. Problems with answering phones as reception staff are often having to deal with walk ins, requests from dentists, admin, and phone calls at same time. Management should try to keep 2 reception staff on at all times, exempting lunch.
