This hospital SUCKS! My grandmother almost DIED! And they did nothing about it! They just left her there to suffer! And the nurses and all are extremely RUDE! Expect one of the security guards. He was cool! I would STRONGLY suggest yall go to ANOTHER hospital unless you would like one of your family members to die by not getting the help they deserve. If I could give this place 0 stars I WOULD!
You’d have better luck just going to jackson in pain cause whole time I was there on 3/10/25 for 3 hours in agony they gave me nothing for the pain. They knew I was in pain. I know they could hear me from the room I was in, in pain cause I could hear someone watching a tv show behind the desk. Thank God the lady in the ambulance had a heart and gave me a little something to help with the pain on the way to UMMC. Male FNP….horrible bedside manner. Could have cared less that I was in screaming pain. His cohort RNS were just as bad. Never had a problem with the MDs there. Excellent doctors. This FNP should work in a cafeteria & take his two nurses with him. I got no help. No nothing. Unthinkable that this is what we are left with. They think ( he does) everyone is an addict. The nurses I've dealt with so far for 2 days got 2 weeks to go are really nice and helpful! Well thought was 2 weeks left we've now been here over month but I can still sAY the nurses are great that work here! Some I think that deserve naming only giving first name but if you happen have be here Jessica, Lauren, Misty, Angel, Great nurses! Hope for them!
