While I will say Chad has always been polite and pleasant I am not happy with the Mohawk floor they installed. It’s been 6 years since it was put in. Shortly thereafter he had to return as gaps appeared by kitchen. Eventually liquid floor cleaner fell off chair and spilled. I cleaned it up right away. Next morning had warped board edges. Though the following year noticed numerous board edges lifting in several locations. Had another visit where I had to pay for repair of the damaged area from spill.
