Agency manager Joseph J Pate pretty much scammed me into absolutely unnecessary monthly charges. When I finally understood what was happening, took me a while being new to the country and the insurance system ... he just stopped replying. Terrible! Don’t use them for anything!!! No honesty at this place!!!
