I would not recommend the Crystal Lake office. I took an afternoon off work in advance for this appointment and confirmed the appointment a few weeks ago. However, I received a call from their office the day before my appointment saying they need to reschedule. Not even an apology.
Fantastic company! Dr DeGuzman is wonderful. If you need to see an opthamologist this is the place to go and the doctor to see! I had surgery on both eyes and everything went so smooth. The staff is great as are the other office locations. I can't say enough great things about Simpson Eye and Dr DeGuzman. Thank you all!
Not much wait time, everything was explained, all were friendly and greeted me with a smile. The best part 20/20 vision!
