I called trying to find a new doctor. This clinic took my insurance so I was very excited. When I was booking an appointment the staff member asked my birthdate. When she realized I had about 2 years before turning 65 she informed me that when I turned 65 I would only be able to see the dermatologist on staff and not a Primary. I have loved this office for years! Unfortunately Sarah Cox is bringing this practice down with her sassy arrogant bed side manner to a sick 5 year old!!! Literally she checked Google for answers to my questions. She seemed more interested in her hair and appearance that treating her patient. Others had warned me about her but I thought I would give her the benefit of the doubt but what I heard was correct. She thinks she is perfection and everyone is beneath her even sick children. RecommendedThere is a reason all of the reviews on here are 5 stars! What a great office! Dr. Simpson is the perfect blend of being a knowledgeable provider and also so compassionate! He takes time with his patients and is a natural with kids. The office has a fun kids play area and a claw toy machine for kids to take home prizes. You can tell all the staff love what they do and has a great work atmosphere. I highly recommend them!
I can’t say enough positive words about Dr Simpson and his whole staff. He found my daughter’s appendicitis, even when imaging failed to. Dr Simpson is caring thoughtful and attentive. Mindy NP has always had my eldest daughter’s best interest at heart and helped her feel comfortable through her first female exam. The front office ladies are always smiling and welcoming. Sounds silly, but they all feel like family.
I raved and recommended this Dr hands down even after his PA misdiagnosed illnesses and punctured my husband's ear drum in 1 visit. Mindy single handedly cost our family 4 extra office visits to get a correct diagnosis and an urgent care visit to treat the eardrum she poked a hole in. Today I was fired as a patient for requesting a UA for a UTI without an office visit. We love Dr. Simpson. My daughter came before we had chosen a pediatrician/family doctor for her. We did a quick search and came to the conclusion of Dr. Simpson since he had amazing reviews. They DON’T lie. Everyone at his office is amazing. He’s amazing. He gives really practical solutions and does what is best for each family unit, not generic medical advice. I really appreciate that. Dr. Simpson is a caring and knowledgeable PCP who listens to his patients. He is working diligently with me and all the autoimmune challenges that come with Ehlers Danlos Syndrome. All the staff are friendly and professional. My children adore all the PA’s. The waiting room has a nice children’s play area. The kids love getting a prize from the claw machine after a tough visit. We can’t say enough about how blessed we feel to be under the care of Dr. Simpson and his staff.
I just love how kind and helpful everyone is! From the front desk to the doctors and medical team, they’re the best around and really try to accommodate my needs every time.
i recently switched and do not regret it... just would love the cute stickers you get each month my kids have a check up. i loved that at the pediatrics but would never go back after my experience with simpson dermcare. BUT SUGGESTION BOX PLEASE BRING IN THE STICKERS :)
