I called trying to find a new doctor. This clinic took my insurance so I was very excited. When I was booking an appointment the staff member asked my birthdate. When she realized I had about 2 years before turning 65 she informed me that when I turned 65 I would only be able to see the dermatologist on staff and not a Primary. When I asked WHY, that staff member said "that's how we do it here." I asked why that was and again I got the same answer. I have loved this office for years! Unfortunately Sarah Cox is bringing this practice down with her sassy arrogant bed side manner to a sick 5 year old!!! Literally she checked Google for answers to my questions. She seemed more interested in her hair and appearance that treating her patient. Others had warned me about her but I thought I would give her the benefit of the doubt but what I heard was correct. She thinks she is perfection and everyone is beneath her even sick children.
