Nice looking Neighborhood, but prices are high
Please drop the option of buying meritage homes in princeton. Poor quality, as they built the homes in 2 months. We moved in less than a year, had to call the roofing company twice to fix the issues. Every time they come and change the shingles and leave, It seems like when ever it rains we had to call them back. If any one thinking of buying a home here, think twice.
WARNiNG !!! These homes were built horrible ! Bad plumbing!! We have to move out due to people on our security system captured a group of people on audio and video talking about breaking into our home !! These are built to rent homes . Most of the people there are renters not house owners. There’s a reason why it’s cheap to live there. People allow their dogs to go to the restroom in your yard and do not pick it up. The intersection to the neighborhood has no traffic light . It’s extremely dangerous and hard to get onto 380!... read more
