I rented property from Simpson Companies. Unfortunately when I needed to move in it was the beginning of COVID and could only see the apartment by video. The video did show a newly renovated apartment that looked ok. I specifically asked about noise (I am nurse and do need to work nights) I was told that I would hear “some noise”, what I heard was not what I would describe as “some noise”.
