Everything stank of cigarettes. The owner smoked a cigarette while walking around showing me carpets. I can only assume that my house would stink if I bought carpet here. I haven't returned in a long time because I was repulsed by my first and only experience there. I am fairly certain I left a review right after my visit. I don't know why or how it was removed.
Mr. Simpson was absolutely phenomenal to work with. We have a house there we are selling and we live over 300 miles away now. I called Simpson Carpeting, spoke with Mr. Simpson and that day he went to the house for measurements, gave me an exact quote and paid. The next morning the carpet was replaced. I could not be happier with the service they provided and the way the accomidated everything. I never even had to be there and our Realtor said the carpet looks fantastic and sent us pictures.
