When I bought the van I don't think it had ever been for a service and everything suspension related, creaked badly and loudly. The boys at Simpson Caravans did an outstanding suspension & brake service on my 2018 Jayco Journey in 2024. She's run so smoothly ever since.
So disappointed. My parents had their camper repaired here, they were taken advantage of. DON'T USE THEM. After picking up the apparently repaired camper we continued to find things that had either been not done or had been slapped together.
Thank you to Daniel and team at Simpson’s for fitting a fiamma awning to our mid roof Ford Transit when at least 6 other places said it couldn’t be done! Looks great, you fabricated the brackets and filled the gap professionally and happy with the price too. Good tradies are really hard to find so thanks again.
Took our caravan in for the fridge to be looked at as it was intermittently working. They found the problem quickly and told us the changes we had to make with a new battery. Very knowledgeable staff.
Great company went out of there way to get us going Highly recommended
