Friendly and professional and did a great job on my dryer for a reasonable price will definitely use his services in the future
Excellent, professional service and reasonably priced. The owners are great people across the board. They definitely have better things to do than leave negative reviews on multiple platforms for a company they weren't even going to use over a funny pic they probably only saw because one of their FB friends 'liked' it. They didn't strike me as the kind of people who'd be that easily offended. Over a joke.
Jimi Simpson has saved me an incredible amount of time and money on three different clothes washers. He was always happy to help and was damn quick about it. Obviously, I dont have much luck with washers, but I know I got Jimi Simpson to help me out.
Their customer service leaves one lacking. I’ve seen very derisive and rude things on their Facebook page and would not want to deal with them in person.
Poor customer service and extremely rude. Made derogatory comments towards potential clientele. Posted derogatory ads on Facebook and laughed when asked to take them down.
Simpson appliance was fast, efficient, and professional. He examined my washer and told me what the problem was within minutes. I was impressed with the quality of work Mr. Simpson did. Will definitely be calling again.
