Brandon and his crew are always punctual and I really love how polite and considerate they are all the time. Had a really frustrating experience with SimplyProperty. The customer service was rude and impolite from the beginning. Communication was unprofessional, and it felt like they didn’t care about the customer at all. For a maintenance company, you would expect better service and basic professionalism. Definitely not a pleasant experience.
