Don’t come for here for macbook repairs they are going to overcharge you!! I took my laptop here back in november because it wasn’t turning on anymore, they initially quoted me around $200. Later they called me saying they couldn’t fix it themselves and would have to send it to their other repair store to take a look inside the logic board. Avoid this store for laptop repairs, better use iFixit. I went to them to get a new charger for my perfectly working laptop. My laptop wasn’t charged for a year as I left my charger in my home country. I asked them to give me charger that suits my laptop connector. Initially they looked and said it’s not charging and need to open the laptop to check the issue and it would cost $50. I said okay. Few hours later they said laptop is completely dead. On my first visit, I had the back glass on my iPhone 13 replaced. I dealt with a gentleman named Hardeesh. I was very impressed with his professionalism and more importantly the high quality job on fixing my phone. Same day service too! I was so impressed I came back the very next day and decided to get my front screen replaced… it had a hairline crack in it and my glass was also scratched. I recently brought my HP laptop to SimplyFixIt for a keyboard replacement and was thoroughly impressed with their service. Upon arrival, the technician was still working on the device. Given the complexities of electronic repairs, such delays are understandable. Despite the initial delay, the technician worked as efficiently as they could and ensured it was completed the same day. Got my iPhone8 screen and Battery replaced. They said it was the “premium” ones. But now my battery overheats all the time which it never used to do. And The screen is less sensitive to touch than my old cracked screen. Wish i had saved my money for a new phone. Only positive was that they fixed it in ≈1.5 hrs while i shopped.
