Don’t come for here for macbook repairs they are going to overcharge you!! I took my laptop here back in november because it wasn’t turning on anymore, they initially quoted me around $200. Later they called me saying they couldn’t fix it themselves and would have to send it to their other repair store to take a look inside the logic board. On my first visit, I had the back glass on my iPhone 13 replaced. I dealt with a gentleman named Hardeesh. I was very impressed with his professionalism and more importantly the high quality job on fixing my phone. Same day service too! I was so impressed I came back the very next day and decided to get my front screen replaced… it had a hairline crack in it and my glass was also scratched. Avoid this store for laptop repairs, better use iFixit. I went to them to get a new charger for my perfectly working laptop. My laptop wasn’t charged for a year as I left my charger in my home country. I asked them to give me charger that suits my laptop connector. Initially they looked and said it’s not charging and need to open the laptop to check the issue and it would cost $50. I said okay. Few hours later they said laptop is completely dead. My girlfriend bought a phone ( ANS P550 ) from the store is Waterloo Town Square. After a day the phone started over heating. She tried to take the phone back it turns out they have a no return no exchange policy. How can they have a no return policy on such low quality hardware. Got our phone and play station 5 fixed and cleaned for a great price and all in the same day!! So friendly and kind! Even gave us tips on how to keep the ps5 clean so this doesn’t happen again!! Disregard all the bad reviews on google they are either lies or uneducated people because this guy is awesome!! Thanks again!!!
