The staff member was incredibly polite, friendly, and went out of his way to help me. He even printed my document without charging any service fee, which I truly appreciated. My ASUS laptop had stopped powering on one day. Tried to remove the battery and replug it myself but no luck. I then went to SimplyFixIT and they gave a clear timeline and cost of getting it repaired. I was also able to reach them by phone throughout the process for questions/updates. After it got fixed, they said to come back if there was any issues and provided a 3 month warranty. I've had two repairs done here and both were excellent experiences. I got a new battery in my phone and gave them the wrong phone model (my fault) so they ordered the wrong battery. They made sure I got exactly what I needed quickly and at no extra charge. So impressed! Easily a 5 star experience. They will take care of you and your devices! Thank you!

Got my iPad screen replaced here a few months ago. Over time it developed dead spots and kept getting worse until it was almost unusable. Waste of money. Had to go get yet another screen replacement at a different shop. Edit: It was definitely this store. Right by Waterloo square. Wish someone told me about the warranty before I got my screen replaced elsewhere
