Called to have someone come and repair my dryer. I knew exactly what was wrong with it. Was willing to send pics, give models numbers, etc so the right parts could be installed. The person I talked to was insistent that they needed to come out and look at it themselves for $130. Just to see if anything else was wrong with it. Then order the parts and come back another time.
