I’ve been wanting a place to actually swim for a long time - I’m in an apartment with a community pool and it’s always been a little awkward navigating, especially if it’s just me, because community pools are more leisurely and social than anything. I couldn't be happier that I joined Simply Fit. Doug is an excellent trainer, who makes exercise fun (and, in the past, those last two words would never have been next to each other!) Every training session I've left feeling that I've been pushed, but not beyond my limits. After just two weeks I was already noticing the difference. If you want to feel healthier, stronger etc then I couldn't recommend Simply Fit, Doug and his team more.
