There was only 1 dumbass worker there that told me I couldn't get no even a one bedroom or studio because my voucher didn't pay enough I went back and was able to get a 1 bedroom for me and my 3 kids I asked if I can get a 2 bedroom and pay off what the voucher didn't and I was told I couldn't do that but other then that they were ok to me and my friend.
This office/ whatever they want to be called have terrible customer service! They don't communicate they don't try to help you. When you call/email they don't get back to you when it's urgent! This office really sucks
Dont waste your time I have a 645 credit score and was denied because a "computer" makes the decisions...
