Fraudsters! These people won't bother putting your paycheck in your account until the following monday, meaning they get to use it before you do! Also, I went in there to close my account and the lady claimed she couldn't do it that day because I had to deposit money to restore it after overdrafting but I recovered it in cash in person with the teller. She is on CAMERA promising me that she would close the account the following day claiming she couldn't do it then due to the money processing in.. (mind you i gave her the ful... read more

Had my account for about 2 years before Simply was bought out by First Financial. Had overdraft protection and apparently that was taken off when they were bought out. They charged payments for things that haven't been linked to my account a year before they were bought out. Even charged payments for things that were on "stop payment". Got me for $400+. If you like keeping your money and not being screwed, go bank somewhere else.

This has been my bank for over a decade, and I've had only positive experiences with it. Granted, my banking needs are pretty uncomplicated, but any time a problem or need has arisen -- as when my debit card was recently compromised -- the folks here have resolved the issue promptly and efficiently. The ladies in the Ringgold branch are always knowledgeable and friendly. No complaints at all.
