If I could give no stars I would. They told me I couldn't take my daughter off my aount that she could take my money no matter what. Wow this is a sorry bank. They need to be shame of themselves. I wouldn't bank here if yall want to keep your money.
Banked here for a few years when it was called "Simply Bank". When they were bought out by Forst Financial they removed overdraft protection with notification, which in turn took $900 out of my account then in addition they overdrafted another $400+. They also started up all the autopayments that I had stopped without notification. So, I closed the account. Fraudsters! These people won't bother putting your paycheck in your account until the following monday, meaning they get to use it before you do! Also, I went in there to close my account and the lady claimed she couldn't do it that day because I had to deposit money to restore it after overdrafting but I recovered it in cash in person with the teller. She is on CAMERA promising me that she would close the account the following day claiming she couldn't do it then due to the money processing in.. (mind you i gave her the ful... read more
