Rod was really great and responsive. They gave us a fantastic quote, much more competitive than other places but did a stellar job. Awful experience, staff do not listen to women. Made me feel unsafe and intimidated in my own home. I wouldn’t recommend this company especially if your a women who lives alone. You Technician tried to convince me there is no issue now I have a $500 bill and a unit that still doesn’t work.
