Awful experience, staff do not listen to women. Made me feel unsafe and intimidated in my own home. I wouldn’t recommend this company especially if your a women who lives alone. You Technician tried to convince me there is no issue now I have a $500 bill and a unit that still doesn’t work.
Hopefully their AC installs are safer than their driving abilities. 630pm tonight 17/8 on Station Rd in Warburton - me, my wife and 2 very young kids were dangerously overtaken by one of their marked utes. 80 in a 60 zone and tailgating, before overtaking and nearly side swiping us off the road. Do better guys.
Our Aircon options were expertly explained and the most efficient and cost effective units were recommended. The installation team did a great job and we were up and running the same day. Highly recommend Simplyair.
I have to congratulate Simply air for the wonderful experience of removal and replacement of my ducted Daicon Air Conditioner. With Rob quoting the job, then following up wth a great five man team, the guys were very professional, and the manner of worksmanship I could not fault. I can honestly reccommend the Simplyair experience.
