This company treats your boat as they would their own! They went over it with a fine tooth comb and it looks like new!
The crew at Simply Yachts is professional; technically proficient; and demonstrates everything one expects when you say exemplary customer service. I had what was to be a quick two week period on the dry with my 80 foot Hatteras. It became an 8 week odyssey due to issues of deferred maintenance that surfaced and a tragic error in judgment by others that caused further repairs. Through it all, Bill Knight and the Team advocated for my yacht and ensured that it was ready to get chartered. I can not say enough good about them.
Have used them on several occasions, always show up on time and work steadily to complete tasks. Knowledgeable and complete work the first outing.
They professional, on time and repaired the problem. I will use them again
Simply Yachts maintains my 48 Sabre including electrical and mechanical issues. Always quick to solve the problem and very professional. Highly recommend!
