5 stars for the entire process! Monique was on time and professional, but most important listened to what I wanted for new shades . She then showed me options and helped me select the perfect shade and color ! Installation was flawless . Honestly didn't even know he was there ! Quiet and super clean.

Simply Windows was a delight to work with. Installation was efficient, they came when they said they would. Even rescheduled very quickly after the snowstorm.
