I most appreciate the large choice of wigs and the ease of telephone and email contact with sympathetic and informative staff. Ordering is easy and regular posts give good advice. My only frustration has been the length of time it can take to receive an American shipping but Simply Wigs do all they can to deliver as soon as possible and I really like the product when I do get it.
Excellent experience recently when buying a wig from the wig bank. Laura was extremely helpful beforehand and very efficient on the day of my appointment, allowing me to try on several wigs before choosing my favourite. Can't fault this brilliant service, thank you!
