The team are lovely and do make the, (for me at least), difficult and potentially embarrassing situation easier. When wigs arrive, they are well packaged and discreet, which I appreciate enormously. Unfortunately, I live too far from the shop to visit & avoid returning items but not much can be done about that. I think my only real niggle is how long it takes to send out the items. I don’t mean how long postage takes once sent, as that’s out of their hands, and I can choose 1st class to speed Royal Mail up…but the ‘in progre... read more

my wife was very happy with the the wigs brilliant.
Always a bit anxious about buying a new wig, it’s such a personal thing - but I’d heard such good reports about Simply Wigs that I thought it’s worth the journey over from Blackpool.
