Dr. Bansal is suddenly gone. I was not informed that there are new Docs working there at all. All the plaques and credentials have been removed off the walls, just bare empty screws and hooks are left exposed. Place looks stripped down. Went for a major appointment today to have a filling and crown redone. They just sat me down in the chair with no introduction whatsoever or explanation of Dr. Bansal’s departure. I am sad that I did not have a good experience here, I went with my two sons one is special needs and I was excited to just have moved to the area and find a local dentist. My husband has benefits and so do I and so I booked an appointment and when we arrived something was wrong with my husband’s benefits and I texted him to bring the right information when he was done work. They really care for you and do not charge extra.
The Doc and her team are quick, efficient, careful with sensitive patients like me and knowledgeable. Dr. Bansal gave me all available options to repair a broken crown and the likely consequences of proceeding with each option. Billing was direct to insurer (Pacific Blue Cross) and I was in and out in no time with no waiting.
