I can honestly say I found my dream wedding dress and it’s all thanks to Helen at Simply Wed Bridal. I had to share my lovely experience of dress shopping at Simply Wed even though I ended up buying from a different store in the end. I had initially tried somewhere in Newcastle and felt pushed to try dresses that just simply weren’t me and made me feel uncomfortable and unlike myself, but the minute we met Helen she gave a completely different experience to that. I cannot recommend Helen at Simply Wed Bridal highly enough! She made time for me and my bridal party, taking extra care of my grandma to ensure she was comfortable. I was nervous about wedding dress shopping as a plus size bride, but Helen made the whole experience incredible. Helen was so kind, lovely and accomodating. From the moment I walked in, the store felt luxurious and the customer service was excellent. There was a good selection of dresses of different styles and sizes, and of modern design. She was really knowledgable in styling different dresses and we were able to take our time trying on, and taking photos/videos.
